bYou are eligible to register as a delegate from a low or lower-middle-income country if you currently live or work in a low or lower-middle-income ecomomies as recognized by the World Bank (click here to see the list)In order to receive the registration rate for low- or lower-middle-income countries, you need to provide us with proof of your nationality.  Please upload a copy of your ID (showing photo, name and nationality) upon registration.

cStudents need to provide a valid student ID card and a current transcript indicating full-time status. The transcript must match the information on the ID card.

Gala Dinner: $50, TBD

Educational Tour: $100 , TBD

Please note:Tickets to the Gala dinner and the Educational tours are not included in the conference registration fee and are only available for registered conference attendees. Attendance is by pre-purchased tickets during registration process and tickets are not available onsite.

Registration cancellation/refund policies

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to registration@acn2023.org.

After 11:59 PM China Standard Time (UTC+8) on March 1st 2023, registration fees are non-refundable.

No-shows (registrants who do not attend) will not receive refunds.

All attempts will be made to process refunds within 60 days of cancellation. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type.



Registration Steps:

Step 1: Click the button on the official website to enter the registration interface.

Step 2: Create an account:Fill in your personal information as required (required for items with stars)

Step 3: Log into the system and select the registration category

Step 4: Select the payment method, link to the payment page and make the full payment.

Step 5: Receive Registration Confirmation

Step 6: Download your payment invoice.
